Applications for the position of "Junior Tester"

Testers Team is a community of active players on the server dedicated to finding bugs, flaws, and errors within the game client/launcher. The testing team is recruited through individual applications and a successful voice interview, as well as based on trust, the player's history, and their past achievements.
- Knowledge of the game mod: Understanding of starting jobs, game systems, and mechanics.
- Knowledge of basic project commands: /call, /number, /ghouse, /su, /mafiawar, etc.
- Knowledge of the GPS Navigator: You don't need to memorize it, but you should have a general understanding of which section a specific location is in and how to get there.
- Active gameplay on the server: Maintain a minimum daily online time of 1 hour.
- Registered server account: Must be at least level 8 in-game.
- No active server punishments: No active Bans or Warns.
- Ability to express thoughts clearly: Must speak Russian, be appropriate, and patient.
- Familiarity with the Tester F.A.Q.: Carefully read the F.A.Q. before submitting your application.
- Active VK & TG accounts: All primary communication takes place in the tester chat (Telegram). You must have active social media accounts when applying.
- Basic understanding of QA logic: Ability to identify bugs, distinguish a bug from a feature, and analyze the steps that lead to an error.
- Confidentiality compliance: Distributing information about closed tests and upcoming unreleased content is strictly prohibited.
- Schedule flexibility: Ability to participate in unscheduled tests or attend at agreed-upon times.
- Real age 13+: No exceptions will be made for this requirement.
- Active Discord account: Ability to be in-game and attend meetings simultaneously.
- Applications are reviewed by the Senior Tester and designated project testers.
- The review timeline is determined by the person in charge.
- Applications open only when necessary, specifically when the testing team drops below 25–30 members.
- The final verdict on acceptance/rejection is no longer published publicly:
- If your application is approved, you will be contacted via direct messages on TG.
- If your application is rejected, you will not receive a message on TG.
