Why External Hosting Matters
Directly uploading files to the forum can sometimes slow down the site and decrease image quality. Using external hosting services ensures that your content loads instantly and maintains the original resolution, which is essential for high-quality RP reports.

Recommended Platforms
We recommend using the following trusted platforms for your media:

• Imgur (imgur.com): The gold standard for quick image hosting. Great for simple screenshots.
• Postimages (postimages.org): Highly recommended as it provides a direct "BBCode" link, which you can paste directly into your forum post.
• YouTube (youtube.com): Mandatory for all video evidence or RP clips. Please ensure your videos are not set to "Private."
• Wikimedia: A simple site for publishing media files, suitable if you want to embed media on a forum without watermarks.

Step-by-Step: Adding Media to Your Post

1. Upload: Upload your screenshot or video to your chosen platform.
2. Copy the Link: Ensure you copy the "Direct Link" or "BBCode."
3. Embed: Click the Image icon (the small square with a landscape) in the forum editor toolbar.
   • Paste your link into the pop-up box and click "Insert."
