📘 HANDBOOK FOR FSB OFFICER

1. Presentation and identification



· /do FSB officer's ID is in the inner pocket.

6. Legal requirements to a citizen (Federal Law "On the FSB")



Use when requesting documents or removing a mask.

· On the basis of Art. 11, para. 4 and para. 10 of the Federal Law "On the FSB", present your passport and remove your mask. Refusal will be regarded as disobedience.

7. Search and seizure

11. "DOZOR" body camera (recording)

Forced capture (assault)

Physical force and disobedience



· On the basis of Chapter 3, Art. 11, para. 7 of the Federal Law "On the FSB", I demand that you remain in place! Any movement will be regarded as a threat to the officer.

· In case of an escape attempt, I use special means and physical force according to Art. 12 of the Federal Law "On the FSB".

· I am applying physical force and special means against you.



Refusal to present ID



· On the basis of Art. 13, para. 6, for the purpose of maintaining secrecy and security, I am not obliged to present ID to civilians.

· On the basis of Chapter 3, Article 11, Paragraph 3 of the Federal Law "On the FSB", I have the right to be here without hindrance.



FSB detention



You are detained under Art. 15 of the Federal Law "On the FSB". (A short but weighty phrase — works flawlessly).

💡 Roleplay tips (meta-gaming):



1. Golden rule: Never say "/me drew a gun" without the remark "/do Gun in hand" — this gives the opponent a chance for adequate roleplay.

2. Maintain order: First /do (the world described the object), then /me (you performed the action).

3. Hood: If you put on a hood — the person objectively cannot see the road. Do not give them information that they could not obtain according to the rules.

15. Working with wanted status (removing and declaring)



Removing from wanted list:



· /me opens the database, entering his credentials.

· /me finds the wanted card, carefully checking the data.

· /do Status changed to "Removed from wanted list". Entry registered.



Declaring wanted:



· /do PDA in case, connected to the GIS database.

· /me entered the data into the search bar, sent the request.

16. Personnel management (HR work)

📌 Main tips for use:



1. Don't copy everything in a row. Use only those actions that actually happen in the roleplay.

2. Maintain logic. You cannot draw a gun from a holster if you haven't previously written /do Gun in holster.

3. Add emotions. A good FSB officer is not just a robot with /me, but a living character. After /me clicked on handcuffs you can add a phrase in chat: "Sit still, hero..."

4. In difficult situations — slow down. It's better to write 3 quality actions than 10 fast ones with mistakes.
