This regulation defines the rules for issuing mutes in report/support chat.
All punishments must be applied fairly and strictly according to the violations listed below.

Mute Violations & Duration

• 1.0 Caps Lock (excessive use) — 30 minutes mute
• 1.1 Off-topic messages — 30 minutes mute
• 1.2 Inadequate / disruptive behavior — 60 minutes mute
• 1.3 Flood / spam — 60 minutes mute
• 1.4 Insults towards players / helpers / administration — 60 minutes mute
• 1.5 Insults or mentioning relatives — 60 minutes mute

Important Rules

• Before issuing a punishment, you must take a screenshot of the violation.
• All evidence must be clear and readable.
• Screenshots must be stored for 5–10 days.
• Punishments must be applied objectively and without abuse.
• In case of doubt — contact senior staff.
