LIVE RUSSIA Community is a multiplayer project for Android mobile devices where you can create characters together with your friends and have fun.
For a comfortable gaming experience on the LIVE RUSSIA Community project, this topic is mandatory reading.

General Information — Basic Provisions​

1.01. By registering your game account on the server, you automatically agree to all established rules and undertake to comply with them in full.
1.02. The rules apply to all players regardless of their in-game status on the project.
Exception: media personalities of the project, for whom a separate internal policy has been created containing specific penalties and disciplinary measures.

1.03. The general server rules may be amended or adjusted by the responsible person. Such changes are announced in a message under the topic.

Punishment Terminology​

Kick — a punishment after which the player is disconnected from the server.
Mute — a punishment after which the player cannot write in chat for a specified period.
Jail — a punishment after which the player is placed in prison and cannot leave it for a specified period.
Warn — a punishment after which the player cannot join organizations for a specified period.

Note: upon receiving a warning, the player is automatically dismissed from their faction if they were a member, and a temporary restriction on joining all factions is imposed for the period specified by the administrator. The warning history is retained. An inactive warning removes all restrictions, but upon accumulating 3 warnings, the account is automatically blocked for 14 days.

Ban — a punishment after which the player cannot continue playing on the account for a specified period.
PermBan — permanent blocking of the game account (forever).
Report Mute — blocking the ability to submit complaints and questions through the report function.

Role Play Rules​

2.01. Behavior that violates the standards of the Role Play game mode is prohibited — Jail for 60 minutes

Note: standing on car roofs or casino tables, deliberately provoking law enforcement officers for entertainment, deliberately interfering with interviews and similar activities, and so on.
Note: blocking a road or creating dangerous traffic situations in order to interfere with other players is also considered NonRP behavior — Jail for 60 minutes

2.02. Deliberately avoiding a Role Play process by any means is prohibited — Jail for 60 minutes / Warn

Note: going AFK when a vehicle is stopped by law enforcement, leaving the game to avoid death, leaving the game during detention or arrest, completely ignoring another player’s roleplay actions that may affect your character, entering an interior or green zone during a shootout to avoid death or escape the Role Play process, and so on.

2.03. Any OOC fraud or attempted fraud, as well as any IC fraud that violates Role Play rules and logic, is prohibited — PermBan

Example: after an IC agreement, receiving money and immediately leaving the game in order to deceive the player, or after making an agreement through OOC chat (/n), receiving money and immediately leaving the game in the same way.
Note: unblocking the offender’s game account will only be possible if the full amount of the damage is returned, or the stolen property itself is returned, subject to the decision of the deceived party.

2.04. Draining a faction or family warehouse by taking a large amount of resources, or taking more than was actually permitted, is prohibited — Ban for 21 days / PermBan
2.05. DB (DriveBy) — intentional killing or causing damage without a valid IC reason using any type of vehicle is prohibited — Jail for 60 minutes / Warn

Exception: permitted within the area of the event involving the capture of a fallen family container.
Note: government employees are prohibited from using shooting from the passenger seat for purposes other than intended — Warn

2.06. SK (Spawn Kill) — killing or causing damage on the territory of any organization, as well as at or near the exits from closed interiors, is prohibited — Jail for 60 minutes

Note: shootouts between families are allowed near their houses, but not inside the house.

2.07. MG (MetaGaming) — using OOC information that your character could not have obtained through the IC process is prohibited — Mute for 30 minutes.
2.08. DM (DeathMatch) — killing or causing damage without a valid IC reason is prohibited — Jail for 60 minutes

Note: retaliatory DM is allowed for self-defense. In the event of punishment by the administration, video evidence is mandatory. Damaging a vehicle is also considered a violation of this rule.
Note: shootouts between families are allowed anywhere on the map provided ordinary players do not take damage.

2.09. Mass DM (Mass DeathMatch) — killing or causing damage without a valid IC reason to three or more players is prohibited — Warn
2.10. Attempting to bypass the game system or exploit any server bugs is prohibited — Jail for 60 minutes / Ban for up to 30 days / PermBan

Example: using server flaws, mod errors, or client errors that may affect the economy — PermBan with account reset
Note: accomplices are punishable up to PermBan.

2.11. Possessing, using, or distributing third-party software or any other means that provide an advantage over other players is prohibited — Ban for 15–30 days / PermBan

Note: any mention of cheats, hints at their use, or statements of intent to use them are prohibited — Ban for up to 7 days

2.12. Intentionally harming project resources, including the forum, official Discord servers, and so on, is prohibited — PermBan
2.13. Buying or selling in-game currency for real money in any form is prohibited — PermBan with account reset

Note: any attempts to buy or sell, attempts to ask another player about it, and similar actions are punishable.
Note: exchanging in-game valuables for out-of-game valuables and vice versa is punishable.
Exception: purchases through the official LIVE RUSSIA Community website.

2.14. Advertising any projects, servers, websites, third-party Discord servers, YouTube channels, and similar resources on the server is prohibited — Mute for 120 minutes / Ban for 14 days / PermBan
2.15. Misleading or deceiving the administration on any project resource is prohibited — Ban for 7–14 days

Example: falsifying evidence, distorting information in one’s favor, or providing incomplete information about a situation.

2.16. Attempting to sell any in-game property or a game account for real money is prohibited — PermBan
2.17. The project team and senior administration may issue punishment at their discretion, but each such punishment must be coordinated with a special administrator.

Exception: the project team may take such action without coordinating it with a special administrator.
Note: a special administrator may issue punishments at their discretion.

2.18 NonRP detentions, arrests, and NonRP kidnappings are prohibited — Warn
2.19. Assigning names to in-game valuables that contain profanity, insults, or politically or religiously oriented words is prohibited — Ban for 7–14 days / property reset.

Note: family names, pet names, farmer names, guard names, business names, company names, and so on.

2.20. Any modification of game client files, use of third-party clients, modifications, patches, or any other interference with the game's operation is prohibited, regardless of their purpose. | Ban from 21 days / Permban
Note: Any client modification is considered a violation of this rule and is treated as the use of prohibited software.

2.21. Creating desynchronization by canceling animations through /anim is prohibited — Jail for 60 minutes
Note: canceling /healme, /usedrugs, /rem, and the firing rate is not prohibited.

2.22. Draining factions, selling ranks, or using a faction budget for personal purposes is prohibited — Ban for 14–21 days / PermBan
2.23. Intentionally harming gameplay is prohibited — Warn / Ban for 14–21 days

Note: actions whose main purpose is intentionally harming other players, the administration, the Role Play process, or normal server operation without any clear intention to participate in appropriate gameplay are prohibited. Such violations include systematic actions aimed not at developing gameplay or a Role Play situation, but solely at provoking others, disrupting gameplay, creating discomfort for other participants, or interfering with the administration’s work.

Examples of violations:

• repeatedly killing players without a reason for entertainment, provocation, or causing harm;
• systematically interfering with other players without a Role Play reason;
• repeatedly insulting players, their relatives, or the administration after warnings and less severe punishments;
• intentionally disrupting events, Role Play situations, or the administration’s work;
• repeated provocative actions demonstrating an unwillingness to play appropriately.

2.24. Interfering with an administrator who is performing their duties is prohibited — Jail for 60 minutes / Warn

Note: hitting an administrator with a vehicle (DB) or shooting at them while the administrator is handling a violation is no longer considered a Role Play situation.
Note: if an administrator teleports to players without a reason and begins interfering with the Role Play process, the administrator is punished.

2.25. Selling or exchanging property between project servers is prohibited — Reset of the property involved in the exchange or its equivalent
2.26. Using air transport to interfere with or cause damage to a player is prohibited — Jail for 60 minutes / Warn / confiscation of the aircraft
2.27. Providing in-game services for real money is prohibited — PermBan with possible account reset

Example: leveling up a game account, passing interviews on someone’s behalf, bringing in a roster, and so on.
Note: design services may be provided, but not through project resources such as the forum, player chats, in-game chat, and so on.

2.28. Distributing personal information about players or their relatives is prohibited — Ban for 15–30 days / PermBan

Exception: the information was personally provided, or the owner gave permission for its distribution.

2.29. Creating similar or fake names for in-game property is prohibited — Warning / Ban for 7–21 days / property confiscation

Note: creating a name similar to an existing family, business, transport company, and so on.

2.30. Submitting requests for the purpose of testing the work of support or administration and thereby interfering with their work is prohibited — Warning / Ban for 7 days

Note: submitting requests when you already know the answer to your question. Mass requests from one player create the appearance of fake support activity and may cause problems for agents due to suspicions of inflated response statistics.

In-Game Chat​

3.01. The officially recognized language of the server — English. Communication in IC chats during all Role Play situations must take place exclusively in English Verbal warning / Mute for 30 minutes

Note: communication in global chats, meaning chats visible to players who are not nearby, must be in English.

3.02. Using uppercase letters (CapsLock) when writing any text in any chat is prohibited — Mute for 30 minutes
3.03. Any form of insults, mockery, racism, discrimination, sexism, inappropriate behavior, disrespectful communication, or threats in any form is prohibited — Mute for 60–180 minutes / Warn
3.04. Insulting or indirectly mentioning relatives is prohibited regardless of the chat, whether IC or OOC — Mute for 180–500 minutes / Warn

Note: the terms MQ and rnq are considered mentions of relatives.
Exception: if the mention of relatives occurred during a Role Play process and did not contain a direct or disguised insult.

3.05. Flooding — three or more repeated messages from the same player — is prohibited Mute for 60 minutes

Note: this also includes command flooding when the command action is displayed in chat to players.

3.06. Any insults or actions that discredit honor and dignity or contain sexual implications are prohibited regardless of the chat — Mute for 60 minutes / Warn
3.07. Any form of “leaking” through the use of global chats is prohibited Warn / Ban for 21 days / PermBan
3.08. Impersonating an administrator when you are not one is prohibited — Mute for 120 minutes / Ban for 7–15 days / administration blacklist
3.09. Misleading project players by abusing server commands is prohibited Mute for 180 minutes / Ban for 10–30 days / PermBan

Note: “/me to pick up the wallet, enter /pay 228 5000.” “To sell a vehicle, enter /sellmycar id 2828 bank account price,” and similar examples.
Note: providing false information about yourself, writing messages on behalf of another person, or providing another player’s contact details in order to deceive or insult players.

3.10. Submitting a report written in transliteration, containing an off-topic message, written in Caps Lock, or repeating a request when an answer has already been provided is prohibited Report Mute for 60 minutes
3.11. Submitting a report containing profanity is prohibited — Report Mute for 60–120 minutes
3.12. Advertising promo codes in the game is prohibited Mute for 180 minutes / Ban for 15 days

Note: family chats, airline chats, transport company chats, faction chats, IC, OOC, VIP, and so on.
Exception: promo codes provided by the developers and distributed through official project resources.
Example: if a player mentions a promo code distributed through the official VK public page or official Discord in any chat, no punishment is issued.

3.13. Political or religious propaganda, as well as provoking players into conflicts, collective flooding, or disorder in any chat, is prohibited — Mute for 120 minutes
3.14. Playing music in Voice Chat or pornographic sounds such as moaning is prohibited Mute for 30–120 minutes
3.15. Insulting players or their relatives in Voice Chat is prohibited Voice Mute for 60–180 minutes / Warn
3.16. Advertising third-party resources is prohibited Mute for 180 minutes / Ban for 7 days / PermBan

Note: mentioning official project resources is permitted, including the official VK community, Telegram channel, project YouTube channel, and so on.

3.17. Inappropriate behavior in VIP chat (/v), provoking players into insults, or insulting players or the administration is prohibited — Mute for 180 minutes / Warn
3.18. Abuse of symbols and spam in any form is prohibited — Mute for 60 minutes

Example: repeatedly writing the same type of message in VIP chat, coordinating with other players to bypass a flood mute, or any form of inappropriate behavior.

Game Account Regulations​

4.01. By creating a game account on our project, the player automatically agrees to all project rules.
4.02. The server administration is not responsible for player accounts or for material in-game valuables contained on or lost from them due to hacking, fraud, carelessness, and so on.
4.03. Any transfer of game accounts to third parties is prohibited — PermBan
4.04. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining any benefit is prohibited — Ban/PermBan for the main and alternate accounts at the administration’s discretion

Example: storing property on an alternate account without approval from a senior administrator of level 6 or higher.
Completing achievements, receiving donated currency, and transferring it to the main account by any means, including purchasing items with donated currency, selling them for in-game money, and transferring the in-game money to the main account.
Activating promo codes or bonuses on alternate accounts for the purpose of developing the main account, and so on.
Note: owning businesses is permitted only from one main account — confiscation of the business or businesses

4.05. Using a nickname that does not correspond to a real first and last name is prohibited — dismissal from the organization
4.06. Creating a nickname that duplicates or resembles the spelling of an existing player’s or administrator’s nickname is prohibited — nickname change / PermBan

Example: replacing the letter i with L, and similar substitutions.

4.07. Using nicknames containing obscene or insulting words is prohibited — nickname change / PermBan
4.09. Financial manipulation, Role Play roulette or casinos, deceiving players out of money, property, or accessories, or creating financial pyramids is prohibited — PermBan
4.10. Creating a promo code identical to the promo code of a project blogger, or any promo code that is not related to a referral and allows passive income, is prohibited PermBan or property reset
4.11. Holding contests involving project in-game property or currency on third-party resources or unofficial sources without approval from the project team is prohibited.
Official project sources: website, forum, VK and Telegram communities, and LIVE RUSSIA Community in-game chats. Account reset / PermBan
4.12. Conducting transactions involving the exchange, purchase, or sale of in-game property or currency without approval from the project team, where such transactions are not provided for by the game mode functionality, is prohibited. Account reset / PermBan

Example: buying or selling in-game currency by topping up another account through the LIVE RUSSIA project website.
Note: providing out-of-game services for in-game currency requires approval from an administrator of level 7 or higher.

Family Captures / Battle for Family Containers​

Prohibited
5.01. Canceling any type of animation — Prison for 60 minutes

Note: canceling the drug/medkit animation is allowed.

5.02. Using the accelerated running bug while sliding — Prison for 60 minutes
5.03. Using vulnerabilities that provide an advantage over other players, including disconnecting the internet, the HP bug, hiding in textures, or staying in a green zone — Prison for 60 minutes / Warn
5.04. Using a vehicle to avoid death, restore HP, or replenish armor during combat — Prison for 60 minutes
5.05. Spawn-killing players near houses that are not located within the family capture zone is prohibited — Prison for 60 minutes / Warn
5.06. Parking vehicles on family containers in order to interfere with loading crates is prohibited. Violations will be checked using the parking coordinates and the vehicle owner — vehicle removal / Warn
5.07. Using fireworks is prohibited — Jail for 60 minutes / Warn

Allowed
Using drugs/medkits during combat.
Using rolls and canceling the firing rate by crouching, standing, and crouching again.

Gang Shootouts​

Prohibited
6.01. Interfering in a war between two gangs within the shootout zone — Warn for 14 days

Note: any assistance from other players or factions is prohibited.

6.02. Interfering with aircraft — Jail for 60 minutes / Warn for 14 days
6.03. Using the accelerated running bug while sliding — Prison for 60 minutes
6.04. Canceling any type of animation — Jail for 60 minutes

Note: canceling the firing rate and using rolls are allowed

6.05. Participating in a shootout without faction clothing — Jail for 60 minutes / Warn

Note: each faction’s clothing during a shootout must match the faction uniform.

6.06. Using weapons that cannot be crafted through /makegun or purchased in a gun store — Jail for 60 minutes / Warn
6.07. Using vulnerabilities that provide an advantage over other players, including disconnecting the internet, the HP bug, hiding in textures to avoid death, staying in a green zone, and so on — Warn for 14 days / Ban for up to 14 days
6.08. Intentionally interfering during a shootout — Jail for 60 minutes / Warn

Note: shooting at gang vehicles traveling to the shootout location or blocking access with vehicles.

6.09. Using accessories, skins, or roller skates that provide an advantage or buffs — Warn for 14 days / warning to the leader
6.10. Using any vehicle within the shootout zone during the shootout — Jail for 60 minutes
6.11. Using fireworks is prohibited — Jail for 60 minutes
